This's a story about four people: Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that, because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it but Nobody realised that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody have done.

~ Violence ~
The Master was always teaching that guilt is an evil emotion to be avoided like the very devil -- all guilt.
"But are we not to hate our sins?" a disciple said one day.
"When you are guilty, it is not your sins you hate, but yourself."

~ Eternal Love ~
Eternal Love ...........

(Written by Xaeos )
| |
A few years back, my grandmother had a stroke and required extensive care, so my family was forced to put her into a nursing home. My grandfather, her husband of over fifty years, went to visit his wife every single day. He couldn’t bear to spend even one single day without her. This heartbreaking routine went on for a couple of years. Then, one day, out of nowhere, my grandfather became very ill and was sent to the hospital where he was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer that took over his entire body in a matter of days. There was nothing medically that they could do for him. When my father and I received the phone call saying that he wouldn’t live much longer, we immediately got on a flight and went to see him. While we were there, we also went to the nursing home to visit my grandmother. Because of her fragile state, no-one had yet told her what was going one. The rest of the family wanted to keep it from her. My father and I debated over it, and decided that she should know, and something told us that we should try to bring her to the hospital to see him. Since she had been admitted to the nursing home a few years earlier, she had never left, so we weren’t sure if this would even be possible. However, my father went and talked to administration and they gave their approvals and we took her to see her husband. They spent a half day together at the hospital where they talked, hugged, held hands, and had a final dinner together before saying their goodbyes. Later that night, my grandfather passed away. Since then, my grandmothers’ condition has become progressively worse and she has lost most of her memories and has lost time. To date, she wakes up every morning and doesn’t remember that her husband has died. She patiently waits everyday for his visit, but he never comes. She doesn’t remember day to day that he isn’t there. She believes that he was there just the prior day and that something must have come up where he couldn’t visit today, but she is sure he will be back tomorrow. When tomorrow comes, she repeats the cycle over and over again. |

~ The Faithful Dog ~
The Faithful Dog.........
There is a legend of a woman who had a faithful dog. This dog was so faithful that the woman could leave her baby with it and go out to attend other matters. She always returned to find the child soundly asleep with the dog faithfully watching over him.
One day, something tragic happened.
The woman as usual, left the baby in the "hands" of this faithful dog and went out shopping. When she returned, she discovered a rather nasty scene. There was a total mess.
The baby's cot was dismantled. His nappies and clothes torn to shreds, with bloodstains all over the bedroom where she had left the child and the dog. Shocked, the woman wailed as she began looking for the baby.
Presently, she saw the faithful dog emerging from the under the bed. It was covered with blood and licking its mouth as if it had just finished a delicious meal. The woman went berserk and assumed that the dog had devoured her baby. Without much thought, she clubbed the dog to death.
But as she continued searching for the "remains" of her child, she beheld another scene.
Close to the bed was her baby who, although lying on the bare floor, was safe. And under the bed, the carcass of a jackal torn to pieces in what must have been a fierce battle between it and the dog which was now dead.
Then reality hit the woman, who now began to understand what took place in her absence. The dog fought to protect the baby from the ravenous jackal. It was too late for her now to make amends because in her impatience and anger, she had killed the faithful dog.
Question: How often have we misjudged people and torn them to shreds with harsh words and even with physical assault before we have had time to evaluate the situation? A little patience can drastically reduce major life long errors.

~ Screams in the Silence ~
Today not a rustle of a leaf, or voices heard,
Nor a sound of the wind, nor a sound of a bird,
Just the screams in the silence
Of life being smothered and dying,
Just the lamentations among the stars,
Lingering with an unknown sadness and crying.
Today no sun warmed a body, or inspired a heart;
No one was there to hug anyone torn apart,
Just a fear suddenly fell like a dark curtain
Of nothingness, a hidden void emptying,
Just a feeling of hopelessness and despair,
Wondering what is real and who else is lying.
Today no one will even smile, nor even blink;
No one will ever tell a soul, or even dare think,
Just shiver and shake blankly in the cold,
Knowing there is a secret, why everyone is sighing,
Just feeling a cataclysm is soon getting ready to happen.
Only prayer will bring us through the hard and trying.

~ Come Fly With Me ~
Glide along with me through the gentle flow of the wind.
Gently whisper your secrets in my ear with your golden wings.
Fill me with your humid breath of strength as I fly into the clouds.
Delicately embrace my heart with your essence like soft flowing silk.
Smile sweetness upon me so I'll always soar above mountains,
Above lush green hills and valleys refreshed by the streams.
Be like the sun's rays, restoring my hopes and dreams.
Come fly with me through all times...
Let me hear the sounds of meadowlarks echoing throughout.
Show me how the trees, bushes and flowers lightly dance about.
Give me the true vision of beauty to enjoy all these lavish blessings.
Let me feel the glorious freedom and peace in life as I gently glide,
To the blue skies displayed with a bounty of colors and rainbows,
Becoming one heart and soul with the countenance of Creation,
Where the knowledge of the mysteries is within our reach.
Come fly with me
Come fly with me and be free
Fly freely and touch the sky
Feel the rainbow and see the clouds
Come fly with me
Take my hand
And come fly with me
to our world
away from all sadness and loneliness
only us
come
fly with me

~ The Perfect Stranger ~
The Perfect Stranger.........
I’ve given my heart to a perfect stranger,
a stranger I’ve known all my life.
In the still of the night I’ve heard his voice, I’ve seen his face,
In my dreams, I’ve spoken to him and felt his skin on mine.
Strange how fast love grows, how fast it flourishes,
Strange how we are governed by our hearts,
How logic and all sense are overruled by its’ desires,
How uncontrollably, hopelessly I’ve gravitated toward you,
Endlessly falling into the thought of you,
Lost in the fantasy of waking in your presence and you in mine,
Lost in a world where your heart is mine to own, to cherish, to safeguard.
Is the puzzle which is my life meant to be incomplete?
I know love isn’t perfect, but I am able to love perfectly,
I know love is not easy, but I can love easily.
Is there love without restraint? Unselfish, without blemish and stain?
Or does love equal war, deception and pain?
I’ve always known you, I’ve always dreamt of you,
always wished for you, always desired you.
My love is forever open to you,
For it knows no faults, no bounds, no doubts in you,
As will these arms always be ready to hold you and protect you.
But until then my Love, my Stranger,
I’ll be waiting every night, hoping to see you again,

~ The Key Is Me ~ (check)
The Key Is Me............
Oh, my precious soul, where the blackness of discontentment lurks, if only the sun would brightly shine.
The torments and unrest of all the world’s troubles are on my shoulders alone.
The heaviness and pain of each dark cloud, no doubt was given to me by design.
Never a positive thought do I have; continually all I do is moan and groan.
I watch all God’s splendor pass me by, never once believing I could fly.
In the security of my own self-imposed prison; not seeing a way to flee; just on the verge of breaking down.
Appalling fear and self-doubt are destroying my soul; you see I have given up and won’t even try.
Hiding my shame of depression and self-hatred, I wear the painted face of a clown.
Never, never once did it cross my mind, not even once… never once did I realize I could truly fly.
The strength of my doubting thoughts and the demons of my past keep me from walking through God’s lighted door.Never, never once did it cross my mind, not even once… never once did I believe I could soar through the awesome blue sky.
Just like the turn of a key or the turn of a knob… just as easy as that I made my life so much more.
For me, a new life began with just a positive thought or two, then my thoughts grew into three or four, then there were more and more; so many I can no longer count.
By simply changing my thinking my mind grew into a beautiful garden, and it all started with just one positive seed.
The yearning of dreams unfulfilled; now wonderfully put in front of me; each day, right before my eyes, I watch my blessings continue to mount.
All the burdens of my self-inflicted pain and self-denial, always saying, “I can’t,” from this prison I have been freed.
I now stand on a mountaintop with my head way above the clouds; there is no doubt the beautiful golden rays of the sun will always shine down on me; all that is required of me is to simply try.
So many dreams in my life I have the desire to achieve, at last I have the key, and finally I realize they all must start inside of me.All I have to do is want to fly bad enough; believing in myself, all I have to do is spread my wondrous wings and sail way up high in the sky.
Belief in myself, never doubting for a second, planting seeds of flowers; these are the keys, now my happiness and inner peace is a guarantee.
The key is me…
The key is me...

~ Detached Relationships ~
Detached Relationships .............
In detachment is freedom. Freedom from the bonds of deluding and unrealistic expectations in relationships. To be detached is to let go, not of the person or of the relationship, but of an anxiety-driven desperation to hang on, which eventually demolishes what it frantically wants to preserve. If you cannot rid yourself of the need to cling to someone or something you cannot hold on to it.
It is to be able to enjoy the beauty of a lovely relationship without being caught in its possessive grasp. Possessiveness is a poisoned barb and it vitiates the atmosphere, which a relationship needs to evolve fully. To possess is to be possessed; whereas detachment lets you stand on the sidelines as a spectator while you are still an integral part of a relationship and view it objectively, with love, without the crippling effects of psychological baggage. Jealousy is another impediment to detachment, which is all about choosing an unfettered ambience wherein two people can live joyously and see their love flourish. There is no ownership in a detached relationship.
It is about giving space and finding your own to explore, experience and grow from that experience without judgmental constraints. Whether it is a child/ parent, teacher/student, husband/wife or friend/friend relationship the time invariably comes to let go, to release and be released from emotional insecurities. To be detached is to break out of the gilded cage that at best gives one a false sense of protection. A detached relationship offers one the limitless sky and space to fly in. It entails watching with pride as the object of your affection spreads her wings and takes flight even as you are airborne on your own trajectory. We are all constantly yearning to fly, chart new vistas, explore new horizons and find our own path. We cannot snip someone elses wings and hope to fly freely ourselves.
Detachment is not to be confused with separation or an uncaring attitude. Two half people, who cling to each other, who are dependent emotionally and psychologically, who have come together from wants and needs, from negative commonalities, cannot build a wholesome relationship. It is synonymous with building a house from material one would use to simply prop up a crumbling structure, rather than with solid building blocks. They are constructing on shaky foundations, augmenting a dilapidated edifice that is bound to come crumbling down. Such a decayed relationship begs for separation. Detachment on the other hand requires immense love, courage and faith. It is to choose to be whole and complete within yourself and to love another from that totality. A detached involvement in a relationship brings its own reward - a togetherness that only truly free spirits can enjoy.
It is to give another the confidence and the courage to stand alone, making leaning unnecessary for any one. Let go of your clutching, clawing power over another. Emotional control and resultant blackmail are the death knells of a relationship. When one holds the strings and wants the other to respond to the pulls on it, it is puppetry, a sick relationship at the most. A rich, truly fulfilling relationship is one in which each person pulls his own strings. Detachment is to untie the strings by which you unfairly secure another to you and let him attain his full potential as an individual. Let him dance to his tune as you gyrate to yours. If you must dance to the same tune let it be out of choice, not compulsion.
On a different level, detachment is the dance of an exuberant soul. A soul that can shout fearlessly.

~ Alone in the Crowd ~
aloof, aghast and adrift
like a fallen leaf in the
flowing stream...
Alone in the crowd,
floating and simmering
without any sign of
life and hope
Alone in the crowd,
deaf dumb and silent
but the mind screaming
like a violent sea
Alone in the crowd
moving ahead by the
sheer force from the
movement behind...

~ My Secret Garden ~
My spirit seeks to find;
The door only I can open
That's hidden in my mind.
It leads me to a paradise,
A place of love and care;
Of butterflies and birds that sing,
Friendly creatures everywhere.
I can sit beneath a citrus tree
Where I eat the fruit of life.
Take a sip of lemon tea;
In this refuge from all strife.
I can smile at laughing children
As they chase the busy bees.
Feel the breeze upon my face;
See the swaying of the trees.
I can watch the flowing fountains;
Sparkling waters, crystal clear.
And view the distant mountains
In freedom from all fear
I can be myself forever,
Do things without a care.
For in my secret garden;
Love is everywhere.

~ The Seed ~
The Seed .........
A seed of a flower can sit on a shelf in a hardware store or a local five and dime and lay in it's pouch for years... sitting in a package without any life in it, alone with many of his seed friends waiting for that right opportunity to show it's potential.
When that seed gets planted in the ground, a metamorphosis takes place. It starts to germinate and open... it starts to spread open and against all odds. This tiny little seed pushes through what seems like tons and tons of dirt to break through the ground to grow.
You see, once that seed gets in the right environment and in the right soil with water and sunlight, that seed will flourish and show it's potential that once lay dormant and grow into a beautiful flower.
It is the same thing with people... We can be like that seed in the store; always sitting around while our potential lays inside, lifeless, waiting to show our potential, but does not for some reason or another.
In order for our full potential to come out from within, we need to get ourselves into the right environment so that we can flourish and grow. Our soil needs to be perfect, so that we can germinate. We need to be near positive people, people with motivation and that want to succeed; people with goals and dreams that they are striving for on a daily basis and have an action plan to achieve them.
We need to reject passivity and aggressively attack negative thoughts with positive faith filled thoughts. We need to grow on a daily basis, just like that beautiful flower. We need to water ourselves with love and compassion for others and sun ourselves with finding good in everything.
Like that beautiful flower that continues to grow every year, we as people have that ability as well. It is our choice. We can plant ourself and grow to our potential, if provided we plant ourself in the right environment, or we can sit in the pouch with all the rest of our seed friends on a shelf in the store. It is our choice.
(I choose to be planted and grow every day... To nourish myself with fresh thoughts about the day I am in, and look forward to improving myself daily. I will plant myself in humility, I will water myself with success, I will sun myself in gratitude............insyallah ! )

~ Surrender ~
I will let the grass take me, dreaming
I will let my fevered flesh dissolve
into the final surrender.
I will let the darkened earth, mother
me with her tender embrace.
I will become a tree, a plant or a stone.
After all, who really knows.
I will, ever so easily,
just let go...

~ Touch My Soul ~
But also at times
Give your touch to my soul.
All day long I am walking my way
How do I bear my weariness
How do I quench my thirst
Filling up this darkness
Tell me that you are always there.
My heart wants not only to take but also to give
It wanders here and there with all that it has.
Please stretch out your hand
Let me hold it in my hand
Let me fill it and clutch it to my heart
Let me make my lonely journey pleasant.

~ The Essence of Me ~
The Essence of Me ......
You can find it ..........
...In each line of poetry I write...
...Breathed in every word that I speak...
...Eased into each movement I make...
...Etched into every expression on my face...
...Fired in each synapses in my brain...
...Ignited in every fire of my passion...
...Glazed in each one of my stares...
...Spread in every curve of my smile...
...Drenched in each tear I cry...
...Exhaled in every sigh...
...Stitched into each fiber of my soul...
...All that is the essence of me

~ If I had just this moment ~
If I had just this moment ........
If I had just this moment to say what I got to say...
It would be that we should change the life we live today.
The world is running faster day-by-day,
Its kind of funny cuz people think that we're here to stay,
Do they not realise that they can't runaway?
That death they can't delay?
By Allah, they will stand before Him and say…
'Oh my Lord, forgive me for what I did today'.
If only for a second we would stop to think,
That this life is but only a test,
Everything around us is just a huge mess,
But our aim is to try our best…
All you see in front of is a world whirling around on…
Nationalism and capitalism,
Materialism and secularism…
Forget all the "isms", you know what it all builds up to and what it all means;
Westernisation and globalisation,
Modernisation and urbanisation,
But where's the realisation in it all?
These big words can all be flawed.
These big words mean nothing at all.
It just gets us mesmerised so easily,
Mesmerised by the painted pictures that we see,
Listening to music,
Texting constantly,
And watching hours of endless TV.
Who do you think we're going to please?
But then again, do we even know who we're meant to please?
He watches us from above,
Knowing every thought that we think,
Every word that we speak,
Every deed that we do,
And He just waits for us to make that right move…
You see this world is but a dream,
We're just passing by,
This life ain't what it seems,
Our stop is the next one,
Once our times up here,
That's it we're done,
This is our wake up call…
Allah only asks to turn to Him.
For whatever we need,
Just to turn to Him.
To ask for happiness and peace,
Just from Him.
To break down and cry,
Just to Him.
To ask for mercy and forgiveness,
Just from Him.
If it's this simple,
Then why is it so hard to stand on that prayer mat,
And ask just of Him?
If we sincerely thank Allah then we will truly see,
See the beauty of this life and why things happen to be.
All He asks is a few prayers, a few Thank you's,
And just so we remember that He's always there.
Life isn't ever going to be fair,
But at times of hardship and despair,
Remember He's always there,
And at the end of it all,
There is always ease,
And Allah is the One who grants you peace.
It's never too late to repent,
To turn back.
And Allah only awaits the day that you turn His way,
And opens the gateway,
The pathway,
The right way,
For you to start fresh and new.
All you have to do is remember Allah for all that you go through,
And all the things you do…
Realise that this life you cannot compromise,
One day you will witness your own demise.
We all fail to see the signs,
That this life stops at an appointed time.
We have to prepare ourselves for our time.
When Allah calls us to go back to Him,
"Verily we are from Allah and we will return to Him".
Allah will take our souls away,
The pain and agony that day,
If only we could see,
How the soul is ripped out so recklessly,
And we cry and wail so helplessly,
Begging Allah for mercy so sincerely…
But nobody will be there to help us then,
It is Allah that we go back to then,
He is The Master and Owner of our souls then.
But now we have the precious time to pray,
Let's just stop for a moment,
And step back from the lifeless routine we perform each day;
Working, eating, sleeping,
Cooking, cleaning, typing,
Laughing, joking, crying…
We make time for all of those,
So why then, do we never bother for Allah?
Remember shaytaan is our enemy,
He deserves nothing but misery.
Remember all praises be to Him,
The One who let it be,
The One who created thee,
The One who will never forsake you and me…
Let's just let go of this life we're living,
Have a good standard and balance of what we're doing,
Live the right way that we've been told to be living.
And Allah is the Most Forgiving.
It's just letting go of those bad deeds that we're doing;
Those nights out clubbing,
Those days we're drinking,
Those times we're flexing,
Those moments we're puffing…
But yet He is still the Most Forgiving,
He is still watching and waiting…
For that day, we break down on our knees,
And plead; 'Oh Allah forgive me for my sin today,
Have mercy on my soul,
For all those times I let you go,
For all those times my heart was cold and I did not know'.
Sincerity and honesty is the best policy,
Modesty and piety is the best formality.
Let's get rid of all our ignorant thoughts,
Our arrogance and pride and start cleaning our hearts.
Purify our hearts and talk to Allah from our hearts.
Be good to one another,
Respect and teach each other on the path of Islam
And we will find peace like no other,
Be ourselves in a way people will learn from you and me,
And bring about peace and unity,
That's the life we want to really truly see,
Before the final departure to Him.
All the bad things that we all do, let's take a moment and think,
Is it worth an endless life of doom?
If it's worth the pain and punishment then by all means carry it through,
But we all know the real truth.
The reality of life is right in front of our eyes,
We just need to catch it and hold it on to it,
Before our chances pass by.
Everything we see is a blessing,
Everything we are able to do is a blessing,
Every wise word we are able to speak is a blessing,
Every second we have is a blessing,
And time is the most precious of blessings.
Without it we have nothing.
So let's do something with it,
That's worth living,
Praise Allah endlessly for these blessings,
Learn the knowledge that He has sent down and given,
And practice the perfect Sunnah of our Prophet (saw) we have been given,
Earn the favour of Allah,
Earn the Oneness of Allah,
And earn the pleasure of Allah,
That is what will surely get us to Heaven.
If I had just this moment to say what I got to say,
It would only be…
To change the life we live today.

~ Is It Real Love or Fantasy Love? ~
Is It Real Love or Fantasy Love? ...........
Do you know the difference between finding "the one" in reality and finding "the one" in fantasy?
The true test of a relationship is whether you and your partner are able to love each other for who you are.
So when you're out there looking for "the one," make sure your love is real and not just a fantasy.
Fantasy relationships tend to implode after six months to a year. Real love can last forever.
Here are seven ways to distinguish between fantasy love and real love.
1......... See if the words match the actions.
A lot of people are great with words. They always know just the right thing to say, but don't always back up those words with their actions. They'll tell you how romantic they are, but they won't do anything romantic. They'll tell you how much they love affection, but they don't show you any affection. If you want to know if the love you share is real love, see if your partner's actions match their words.
2......... Listen carefully to what is really being said.
To find out if you are living in fantasy-love land, you need to listen carefully to what your partner says -- and how they say it -- when they are talking to other people. How do they speak to their friends and family? Is it consistent with how they speak to you? Or have you created a fantasy personality about them in your mind, when in reality they are someone very different?
3........ Compare goals.
Take a good look at your own goals and aspirations as compared to your partner's. While they don't need to be exactly the same, they do need to be in line with each other. Think in terms of major life goals, like whether or not you want to have children, as well as critical areas like money, religion, and physical intimacy. You can feel crazy in love with your partner right now, but if you are not aligned on these big issues, you are in for a rocky road.
4.......... Watch for a big change.
One major red flag that you may be in fantasy love is when your partner changes after you've been in the relationship for a while.
Were they romantic all the time at first, then after six months they stopped making sweet gestures? People can be good at doing something that is not in their nature for a while, but most people aren't good at keeping it up for long. If you cling to the fantasy person you met at the beginning of the relationship, you could miss out on being with someone with whom you can share real love.
5.......... Don't be a rescuer.
Are you with someone who is looking to you for all of their happiness? Is it worth your sanity to rescue someone and make them feel wonderful? In the beginning, this can be a good feeling, but you can't be someone's everything forever. Real love is being an addition to what someone already has in terms of self-awareness and self-love. When people completely depend on a partner for their happiness, the relationship will eventually become unhealthy and unhappy. Don't get swept up in the fantasy of rescuing someone. You want real love and a real, healthy relationship.
6........ Get honest.
One of the hardest things to do when you are in a fantasy love situation is to be honest with yourself. You really want this person to be everything you are imagining them to be. Get honest with yourself and ask yourself some tough questions. Do the things your partner says truly resonate with you, or do you feel like you are compromising and even becoming a different person? You may discover that while your partner is beautiful and amazing in some ways, there are important things about them that you don't really want.
7...........Make sure your needs are being met.
This is by far the most important test of whether you are in fantasy love or real love. When you are in real love with someone, you love them the way they need to be loved. Real love is when you are able to look your partner in the eyes and say, "I need you to do this for me," and they look back at you and say, "No problem, babe. I love you. I'll gladly do that for you." If you're constantly battling because your needs aren't getting met, it means that your partner is not loving you the way you need to be loved. If that is happening, then you will never be fulfilled in that relationship.

~ Forgive And Forget ~
Forgive And Forget .........
Perhaps those people see us as unpleasant, obnoxious and downright nasty and maybe sometimes we are, knowingly or unknowingly, the agitators.
If we hold on to the nasty comments of other people or our own, over time, it will swell into a river of negative thoughts. Therefore, it is best to forgive and forget any past unpleasantness.
It is also very important to forgive ourselves for any transgressions our emotional ego's may sometimes commit. Both forms of forgiving (self and other people) are very important if we are to remain healthy and disease free.
A mind filled with resentments and hates will fill the body full of cancer, heart failure and other debilitating illnesses over a period of years ... Hence, forgiveness is a powerful medicine and sometimes may be a hard pill to swallow.
When anger or resentments come into our mind towards others, who have done us a disservice, we should learn to turn their insults into creative ideas from our heart and soul. In other words, turn a negative remark from others into a positive idea that can produce great results for future prosperity.
Enjoy each moment on earth and don't allow other peoples negative comments to steal the joy of the moment..........Insyallah !

4 Signs You're More Than Friends .........
When friendship suddenly turns into more. Know what signs to look for.
You've been friends all for a long time. You tell each other everything, even who you're dating and how it's going. Then suddenly it happnens. The change-over occurs...without your even realizing it.
Suddenly this comfortable, easy-going friendship takes on a new form and becomes a burgeoning romantic relationship. It's more cuddly, it's more endearing. Next thing you know, the two of you are a full-blown couple. Here are four signs that you and your guy friend, your bud, your bro, have transformed into a hot romantic duo.
1) Your friends start making very obvious comments. All of a sudden every time you go out with a group of friends (and you and your guy pal are there) comments slip out about how cute the two of you would look as a couple, how into each other you two are, and how compatible your personalities are. Often your friends may see the romance spark before you do!
2) You find yourself making or receiving a daily call, often right before bedtime. Out of nowhere, before you even noticed, the two of you started talking every day, at length, about nothing, and you're secretly loving it. What did you have for lunch...how was your day...what are you doing right now. You begin to look forward to these conversations with your guy "friend" and a day that goes by without a casual chat just doesn't seem right
3) Unplanned, you find you have developed pet names for each other. It used to be a "Hey, Bro" kind of thing. Now, it's "Sweetie this" and "hey Babe" that. His texts now include the added "Sweetheart" and "Doll." You don't point it out and make things awkward. You just let your heart melt and start answering to this new litany of adorable pet names.

~ 10 Things You Should Never Say To Him...~
10 Things You Should Never Say To Him...
1. When will I see you again? You'll see him when you see him. If he wants to see you again, he'll call. If not, next. You don't have time for anyone that doesn't have time for you.
2. Why didn't you call? There's only one answer to this question: Because he didn't want to!!! What you're really asking is, "Why didn't you want to call me?" Who knows!! There could be a lot of reasons, but you shouldn't be sitting around wondering why. You should be out dating lots of different guys and not worrying about ONE guy. Don't be so quick to put all your eggs into one basket, because if they break, it's a big mess!
4. I love you. You're saying it in the hopes that he'll say it back, but what if he doesn't? You'll be devastated and probably feel foolish. Saying "I love you" is not going to speed things up if he's not ready to say it back. So just cool it, and let him be the first to say it when he's ready.
5. Did you sleep with her? As long as he's not sleeping with her now, who cares? The past is gone. Don't torture yourself (and him) with these thoughts. In this case, ignorance really is bliss.
6. Are you seeing anyone else? Mystery is to men what romance is to women. You've just indirectly told him that you want to be exclusive, you've handed over control of the relationship and you've killed the mystery. Who knew 5 words could be so powerful?
7. Where is this going? Nowhere fast if that's your attitude. Guys want someone fun and easy to be with, not someone that's constantly worrying about the future. His actions or non-actions will tell you where it's going. If it's going somewhere, you'll know it. If it's not, you'll know it too.
8. We need to talk. This is the equivalent of, "Go to the principal's office". Guys know it's not going to be a fun conversation, so they're already on the defense. If you need to discuss something, just casually bring it up when the both of you are relaxed. Don't try to talk to him when he's tired, stressed or trying to watch tv!
9. What are you thinking? What you're really asking is: Is something wrong? Are you mad at me? Are you thinking about our relationship? Are you thinking about me? Are you thinking about someone else? If he wants you to know what he's thinking, he'll tell you on his own. If he doesn't, he'll lie when you ask.
10. I don't trust you. What you're actually saying is, "You need to step up your game, because I can see you're up to something." If he is up to something, he'll just become even sneakier. Better to think smart and act dumb—it'll be easier to get the evidence you need to confirm your suspicions.

~ Power to Tolerate ~
Power to Tolerate .............
To tolerate does not mean to die, but to live in everyone's heart with love.
No natter how much against you someone is, even if you have to tolerate
not once but ten times, nevertheless,
the fruit of the power of tolerance is imperishable and sweet.

~ Soulmate ~
He saw her over the gulf of eternity
Sitting under the great oak.
Her body swathed in white chiffon
and lace,
Her knees up
Her body cradled over
the box... the box of gold..
her gift.
She sat there crying,
Her sobs touching every fibre of her soul.
For inside the box, was her gift,
of love, her soul, her desire, her need.
The precious seeds of her womanhood.
With love
those seeds would grow,
venture out of the box into the sunlight,
and through their growth
fill her life with color
the beautiful perfume of flowers,
the wonder of birds and butterflies
attracted by it's beauty.
But her box was grey,
Covered with years of neglect,
the seeds resting on bone-dry soil.
Her heart in hibernation.
Her tears tracing lines down her cheek.
He watched her.
He understood.
She fell asleep.
She woke to see him there
The box cradled lovingly in his lap
Toolbox by his side.
He was a million miles away
across the great gulf
yet seemed to be right next to her.
And she watched,
as his loving hands treasured it
wiped away the years
brought back the wonder of the gold,
made all the years of neglect disappear.
Time stood still as she watched.
The gold was battered,
dented and scraped,
marks of the pain in her life.
Each mark disappeared under his loving attention,
each dent pulled out
each scrape buffed clean.
Time, he seemed to have endless time,
as he focused his love on each flaw,
one by one,
tears in his eyes as he understood the pain each one signified,
then erasing it with his loving hands.
The gentle light from his eyes,
and the water from his tears,
nourished her seeds,
bringing life and beauty where there once was desolation.
And then he was there,
next to her.
She lost herself in his eyes
as he tenderly placed the treasure
in her hands.
"Take it forever!" she started to cry,
but a gentle touch to her lips stifled the cry in her throat.
"My love," he said,
"God has placed us on opposite sides of a great gulf.
Only He can make that gulf disappear, and he will,
in His own time.
Until then, we have His work to do,
each on our own side.
When that work is done, He will look on us with favor,
for it is He who sent me to you."
He took her hands in his
touched his lips to hers, and said,
"But this promise I make: when you need me, summon me.
I will come to your side.
And every night I shall return,
to wipe away every scratch,
fix every flaw,
that life has put on your gift of your womanhood.
I will lie with you and ease your pain.
And when the gulf is gone,
when eternity is ours,
I will place your gift in a place of honor,
So the world will see, and know
That I treasure you
your womanhood
your love
your life.
They will all know that you have finally received
the love you deserve."
And he was gone.
She cried.
Then a soft voice was heard from all around her
and inside her...
"My, child. When you thought it was a man you needed
I let you choose a man.
But he took your gift, and put it on a shelf
To wither
To die.
When you thought it was a lover you needed
You chose a lover
Who simply used your gift as a stepping stool
to reach over the walls in his life which he despised.
No, it is not a man you need,
for a man cannot understand your heart.
And it is not a lover you need. A lover is like a firefly,
lighting your life for a moment,
then leaving you to deal with the darkness
Until it flashes again.
So I have taken it into my own hands
and shown you what you truly need.
He is not just a man, though a man he is.
He is not just a lover, though a lover he is.
He is the man I have given you forever...
He is your soulmate."

~ Woman ~
And it came to pass that a Holy Man roamed the earth.
He came to a small town
And the men came to him and said
“Man of God, tell us of Woman’s place in God’s world.”
He sat down,
Raised his eyes to heaven,
Then to the eyes of the men before him.
“A woman is a special creation of God,
The tree of humanity,
Providing peace and love and sustenance
To all who rest under her shadow
And in her boughs.
“Her tap root is her spirituality.
Her root goes deep into the nourishing waters of God’s strength
Sustaining her through the droughts that life puts her through.
And through this special connection to God
She brings God’s peace to all around her.
“The roots that spread across the land around her
Are her family.
They provide the stability and certainty of the future
That keep her straight and strong through all the winds,
And the vagaries of life.
“Her leaves and flowers and fruit are her femininity,
Her face to the world,
Bringing beauty and love to an often harsh world,
Softening the rough edges of those around her.
You men joke about how she works at her feminine image,
Of make-up and painted nails and heels and flowered clothes.
It is these rituals that keep her alive in her womanhood
Remind her of her beauty and femininity
And keep her strong in her place in the world.
“Yet, just as the tree you plant today
Ten years from now will be different,
So shall the woman you marry
grow and change before your eyes.
As she grows, she will focus now on her spirituality…
Now on her children…
Now on her husband…
Now on those outside her family…
Now on her growth…
For as sure as God created her to be His angel on earth,
She shall change and grow to best nurture those she loves,
Those who depend on her,
Those who love her,
And herself.
But just as a woman is ever changing,
So is the man steadfast and constant.
He is the rain and the sun
And the nutrients of life.
He is the constant protector of his wife
His children
His world
Her constant shield against the wind
The supporter of her growth and change.
He is her protection from the enemies of her growth:
Fear, distrust and loneliness,
Even as he stays constant.
For just as wife and family and world
Need the changing nature of a woman,
So do they need the constancy of the man.

~ In This Place ~
In This Place ......
Lost and searching for more
Never felt like I really belonged
Unless I was lessening the pain with a poem.
Everything right seems wrong.
Everything wrong will never be right.
I’ve been wronged and deceived in this fight.
So I trust no one with the depths of my mind.
Only God understands this pain deep inside.
I’m not trying to hide I just can’t confide.
So, until the day I bid good bye.
I’ll just try my best to spread my winks and smiles
Try my best to spread the throne with my lines.
Crimes wronged more than just men.
Hard times can spawn more than just sin.
But it’ll take a miracle to fix it now.
What’s lost may never be found.
God, we need a miracle to fix it now.
So what’s lost can be found.
In a place where innocence is lost at birth.
How can we understand what life is worth?
In a place where last is first.
Who wins? Who loses? And who gets that curse?
In this place who escapes?
When we are determined to kill in any case?
The hardest thing I’ve ever done
Is letting go of my loved ones.
The farthest I’ve ever come
Is 6 feet and under one.
I’m under the impression that I’m almost done.
It’s almost time to drop these lines.
Or maybe I’ve got more than just time.
But either way...
I’m going to treat each day like it’s my last,
Fighting to my death to forget my past.
But to never forget the wisdom gained from that.
Because I’ve shed more than blood.
Wanted hope seeps from my wounds,
Because in my life when it rains it floods,
Watching hate fill up the tombs,
Ripping babies early from their wombs.
It makes no sense, will it all change soon?
Or are we doomed to wonder underneath the moon?
Never seeing farther than 6 feet deep
Never rising higher except in our dreams

~ Love ~
Love .....
Has been here for a while
It’s taking all I have
To even try to smile
The test came back with no news
That I didn’t already know
Which treatment do I choose?
Which way do I go?
Will you walk beside me?
Or will you turn and run?
As the winds of fate blow so cold
Will you be my warming sun?
Will you show me you still love me?
When all my hair is gone
Will you walk beside me?
Or will you turn and run?
Now my weakened body
Is so tired of this fight
I must know that you are ready
And that you’ll be alright
And willing to let me go
When the time has finally come
And I must go without you
And leave you on your own
As you walked beside me
You never turned to run
When the winds of fate blew cold
You were my warming sun
And you showed me you still loved me
Until my life on earth was done
Now I’ll always walk beside you
And I’ll never turn to run

~ Completeness ~
Completeness ..............
Completeness is why I have thrived
Completeness is where I stand
Completeness is what makes a real woman
To distinguish the difference between maturity from immaturity
It's who I was and now I am
To look within yourself
To seek thy flaws and faults
To figure out what is missing
To fulfill your destiny
To change, to be changed
To die, to be reborn
To experience the unknown
To say yes, to say no
To smile, to be free
To feel yourself, to be yourself,
To be open,
To be complete

~ I See Love ~
I See Love ...........
your aura sets the dimness of the lights in my room just right
your heart is my place of understanding
your essence turns my heavy load into a smooth kite
flying away from heavy gates . waiting to barricade my soul
rescuing my inner-self to lift every voice hidden in one's world
I believe in you so much
I glance at your face tonight
and I noticed your smile alerted the stars in the sky
revealing that an angel is still on earth.
