THE SEARCH FOR PEACE..........
We search for peace in our hearts
In the quiet solitude of a moment.
As the turmoil of the day departs,
Peace settles about like a vestment.
We search for peace in our families
All dear to us whether near or far.
In the yard are planted lilies
To remind us what peace and love are.
We search for peace in the world
Giving love, compassion and kindness.
These gifts upon the Earth are unfurled.
The search for peace is timeless.

~ Peace Quotes ~
- Peace is not about judging someone by the the color of his or her skin
or the difference of their religion. It’s about the content of their soul.
- Let the sun shine in the night time and please no more dying.
Please let us have peace and no more fighting. People are dying.

~ Sleepless Night ~
Sleepless Night ............
I awake in the middle of darkness,
my brow covered in sweat.
My heart races,
from the fear I cannot forget.
My eyes search for you,
I scream your name.
I try to breathe,
to stop myself going insane.
Where are you?
Where have you gone?
Have I woken,
or has the nightmare just begun?
Why is it so black?
Why this recurring dream?
Why can’t I find an answer?
Why is nothing as it seems?
I sleep, yet I am awake.
Please answer me,
for God’s sake.
I fall down a never-ending hole,
the room spins;
I lose control.
It is now morning.
I jump in fright.
Your arms surround me,
squeeze me tight.
I bury my head in your chest
and breathe a sigh of relief;
you are still here,
and mine to keep.
Opening your eyes,
you gaze deeply into mine.
I feel your love,
I know you are kind.
You will never hurt me,
this much is true;
but my mind is restless,
it makes me blue.
I must be positive
and follow the light
to forget my past
and this sleepless night.

~ Simple Things ~
Simple Things...
(These days people are consumed with greed and we have forgotten about the important things in life and we should always remember that the simple things are that matter most..............)
Money? What is it, a simple piece of paper that determines who you are in life. I guess we are all fooled because it only brings stress and misery to our life. Many assume that money can buy happiness but have you really thought about it. Can money really put a price on our smiles and laughs? If you answer yes than ,you tell me the price of your smile? I will tell you mine, mine, is priceless because money is nothing to me.
Money has become something that is needed everywhere. It steals your ability to think and to make sense of things. It helps you forget about your troubles but soon brings many more. People have gone to many extremes to get it and many have not been successful. So tell me what have you done? Have you stolen money from your mothers purse? Your friends? Have you done things that you regretted later in life? I hope that you haven't but personally I haven't but trust me I have thought about it. Its very tempting and its very difficult to prevent yourself from doing it. Our society shows us that money is everything and without it you are a nobody. It brings pressure to our life and causes many difficulties. What you have is no longer good enough, you need more much much more. Your morals are tested and you fail at it. Tell me can we really blame ourselves?
It has taken me a long time or a short time (depends on how you look at it) to accept that i'm never going to be wealthy or rich in life. Its not because I don't think that i'm going to be successful but its because I now know that its either money or my happiness. And can you guess what I picked? I want to be able to see life and not regret who I am. To look at my life and see that its not about what i'm wearing or what kind of car i'm driving , its about who i am on the inside and the type of person i am. Its about people being able to trust me and about the person I present myself as. I think that everybody should look past money and see the person as who they are because in the end we are all going to end up in the same place, a grave.
Its okay, I know money withdrawal is worse than being sober. It takes time and determination. You have to be able to want your freedom. You have to be able to accept the way life is. I know money necessary to survive but if you have too much of it trust me you wont survive with it. Keep doing what your doing earn your living but don't get side tracked. Remember who you are making that money for whether its your wife , husband, kids or for yourself , remember that it cant put a price on your happiness.

~ Live and Let Live ~
Live and Let Live ..........
(Make the right moves today. Be empowered with yet another day added to your life. But, in your quest to outdo yesterday, don't hurt or exploit another. Live and let live......)
Thank your stars for all you've got,
Be grateful for the ability to give,
Be humbled in the power to sort,
Life and in intent - live and let live.
You are more fortunate in kind
Than most out there in the cold.
Thank God for sanity of mind,
And a luster like molten gold.

If you do not care
Nothingness your core

~ Sleepless ~
Sleepless .........
I'm here sleepless,
Sitting on my bed waiting,
For the night to take me,
I want it to so bad,
I'm tired of the noise,
The noise of my brain keeping me up,
Not even the plucking of strings
from my bass could tune the noise out,
I want so badly for the night to take me,
take me into its gentle warmth

~ Restless ~
restless ..........
another restless night
seems i wont be getting to sleep tonight
everyday without you
is another without sleep
just abandoned promises
that never had the chance to keep
i'd like to get some sleep
but that image of you
keeps getting in the way
of counting those sheep
it makes me weap,
rolling under my sheats;
looking for a promise I might be able to keep
in too deep,
just another promise,
I failed to keep
I spend most nights
awake at my bedside
hoping to dream of you
just to see your smiling face,
looking back at me
it's colder now, that I walk alone
its been weeks,
since i've last heard you speak
you told me not to peep a single word,
in your lovely direction.
such a harsh decision of you to make
especially when i'm longing for your
warm embrace
tucking myself in,
looking up at the milky twilight,
it's a quater to three,
and I don't see myself getting to sleep tonight.

~Awareness ~
And yet I know,
Because I know,
This awareness of my soul,
It is my salvation,
And my damnation,
For this moment,
In this eternity,
There must be some hope for me.
Or I would look some other way,
And I would feel some other way,
And I would live some other way,
But I don’t,
I know I won’t,
I’ll follow the voice that guides me,
I know it won’t deny me,
And I trust,
I don’t know why,
I’m blind inside,
But blindly,
I see
You.

~ Real Time ~
The clock is ticking sixty seconds in a minute,
Sixty minutes to an hour
Time is faster, time drags on
The days are long, they go too fast
The sun is moving, casting shadows
Day and night Time journeys on
Breathe in and out,
I am, I feel eternity
I am real.
Time stops; we hold our breath
Time flies; we hold our breath
Tomorrow comes too soon
And yesterday is gone.
The seconds turn to minutes turn to hours
The clock is winding down
Frozen hands and silence sing
Time’s march is done
The sun is setting, casting shadows
Night comes tumbling, day is dead
Breathe in and out,
I am, I feel eternity
I am real.
When time is gone, Life won’t pass me by
I can’t hold onto seconds,
Stars fall from the sky
Breathe in and out,
I AM, He is eternity
I AM real.

~ Understand ~
Understand...........
As we lead our different lives
There are days when all is wrong
When nothing seems right
When you feel like
The deep blue sky will fall on you
Yet you don't seem to mind
When the unexpected happens
When you worst fears become reality
When your dreams are shattered to pieces
When you realize
That you can't have all you want
When they tell you
"I told you so"
For believing in what they call foolish dreams
When they tell you to grow up
When they tell you to deal with it
When they say give it up and move on
You look at the stars and you softly cry
Saying that life isn't for those who give up
You wipe your tears and take a deep breath
As you say to yourself "You can't have all you want
But you can never give up
on trying to have as much as you can......"

~ Sometimes You Have To Choose A Song ~
Sometimes You Have To Choose A Song .........
Rain . . .
Softly falling down . . .
each drop a symphony of sound . . .
as it hits the tin roof . . .
tap . . . tap . . . tap.
It can sound just like a sad song with a slow beat . . .
the kind that makes you daydream . . .
and feel sad and sigh . . .
as you think of what might of been or could be in your life.
Or maybe it is a happy song that brings back sweet memories . . .
tender thoughts and special smiles . . .
thinking of someone who makes your heart beat faster . . .
and your laughter ring with happiness and joy.
Or maybe it is a love song . . .
with sweet and soft lyrics . . .
tender and romantic and sensual . . .
that makes you think of dancing in the rain.
Only you can decide which song . . .
is the one you are hearing . . .
which music soothes your soul . . .
and which song you want to sing along with.
Sometimes, you have to choose a song . . .
and the choosing isn't easy.

~ Let Go ~
"......Every experience you have ever had is over.
Every thought you've ever had, started and finished.
Every emotion and mood you've experienced has been replaced by another.
Eventually, every thing disappears into nothingness.
Life is just one thing after another.
This, too, shall pass....."

~ The cycle of feelings ~
The cycle of feelings ...........
Pain in the present is experienced as hurt.
Pain in the past is remembered as anger.
Pain in the future is perceived as anxiety.
Unexpressed anger, redirected against yourself and held within is called guilt.
The depletion of energy that occurs when anger is redirected inward creates depression.

~ Relationship Quotes.~
Everyone and everything around you is your teacher.
A relationship is like a rose. How long it lasts, no one knows. Love can erase an awful past, love can be yours, you'll see at last. To feel that love, it makes you sigh. To have it leave, you'd rather die. You hope you've found that special rose, cause you love and care for the one you choose.

~ If Somebody says to you ~
If Somebody says to you……
If somebody says to you,
‘Correct me if I’m wrong’
what they really mean is that they don’t want to be contradicted.
If somebody says to you,
‘Far be it from me to say’
what they really mean is that they know better.
If somebody says to you
‘I’ll get in touch’,
the chances are high that they won’t be in touch.
If somebody says to you,
‘I’m sure you’re right’,
what they really mean is that they doubt that you are.
If somebody says to you,
‘I must have got it wrong’
what they really mean is that, they are right
but couldn’t be bothered arguing with you.
If somebody says to you,
‘We must have lunch sometime’
what they really are trying to do is to be nice,
but know its not going to happen.
If somebody gives you
a smile today or a gift or a word of encouragement,
let’s hope they mean it!!

~ Within ~
A man came into the doctor’s surgery one day and he was very worried. He explained his problem, “Every part of my body that I touch is very sore, my nose, my elbow, my head, my left hand.” The doctor gave him a thorough examination, x-ray, blood tests etc. The man returned the next day for the results and was very nervous. “Did you find out what’s wrong with me?” he asked the doctor. “I did” he replied. “What is it?” enquired the very worried patient. “All that’s wrong with you” replied the doctor, “is that your finger is broken!”

~ Challenges ~
"...Sometimes it may be an illness that becomes our new teacher or bereavement or the birth of a child or falling in love. Anything that shakes us out of our slumber and opens us to wider and deeper experience is a spiritual friend worthy of our gratitude."..... ~Donagh O’Shea
It is easy to be complacent and take much for granted all around us. The current recession is difficult and painful but at least it has forced us out of a reckless complacency that we had fallen into. Every day presents us with new challenges and opportunities. We do our best to make the most of them as they come. But some days can be hugely challenging to the point where it’s a struggle to cope. We might not see such days as a friend. It is even tempting to push them to one side in the hope that tomorrow will be better. It is tempting to blame those around us particularly our nearest and dearest. It is even tempting to blame ourselves. Spiritual wisdom encourages us to hold these days because we learn and grow from them. This is different to wailing and moaning in self pity. When we hit difficult and tough days we move deeper and we ask God for the strength, courage and hope to rise above them.

~ I don't know anything..~
I don't know anything...
Not knowing anything -
even though expressing plenty -
out of one's mind pool.
Words fulfill some basic needs
satisfying writer's head.
Expressing myselfUltimate knowing
feels good - it satisfies me
Eh, what's wrong with it?
People learned to write and read
to share and gather knowledge.
means: I know every thing
and better than you.
Finding one's most clever trick
for best self confirmation.
Progress is based on mindMind's knowledge-flash-light
without we would live in trees
searching for our fleas.
Now we can fly into space
discovering all places.
covers up all one's spaces
finding sense and security.
One feels so good to fly high -
letting drop one's sticky waste.
We have conquered earthPlenty of nothing
there's no place without humans
we are being's crown!
Exploring the whole cosmos
expended without limits!
waiting to be filled with waste
human mind's outlet.
Proud of gathered properties
forced to eliminate bounds.
Expending oneself:
Striving, fighting, conquering
omni existence right now!
Caught in attractive concepts
stuck in one's blown up mindset.
I am who I am!Your precious beliefs
I have grown to my presence
with all what I am.
I'm rich in all what I own:
Mind, emotions and spirit.Developed matter:
I'm a spiritual being!
Finding my way to:
Fulfillment in abundance
when diluted in oneness!
life long established concepts -
give sense of being?
Has served your needs until now
your mind-card-house might crash soon...
What makes me feel goodYou need to let go
I will expand and get more
my hard work's lifelong result.
Nobody will brainwash me
taking away what's all mine.
of all gathered properties
to reach out for completion. -
Trusting unknown sense in all -
to find the source of all growth.
Letting go of all -Don't worry about
falling into nothingness.
What will happen then?
Being instant enlightened?
Transformed into pure spirit?
nothingness - nonexistence.
Mind's balloon keeps you floating
there's no diving into depth!
Just the image of yourself.
I'm sure of myself:All speculation!
I think, feel, have a body!
I don't need any more proof.
Although it makes me feel good
proofing my existence now.
Mind's endless games with oneself.
What keeps it going?
Moonlight doesn't exist. Right?
All light has ONE source: The SUN.
When knowing nothing
saturated mind has crushed -
light of knowledge starts.
Life's journey has many steps
coming home - finding oneself.
Striving to reach goals
motivated going on -
until illusions fade...
Searching all life long - struggling
turning around nothingness...
Then - what can I do?Possessed by concepts
Not to fall apart from all...
Probably nothing?
What about all future plans
ideas for success - progress?
striving for confirmation
blowing up egos...
Live your life as it shows up -
looking behind worn out games.
Looking with new eyes
find diamonds among stones
lighten up stuck view.
Space of plain emptiness
opens door to fulfillment.

~ Walking on Clouds ~
Walking on Clouds ..........
I want to leave behind
all the trouble I went through
still stuck on my back.
If I could be me
I would be really happy
but there's confusion...
I can't see any sense
after decades of fighting
for some doubtful goals.
I'm so tired after all
nothing of my plans worked out
I've totally failed.
So then what is life?
Is it just a cloudy dream
longing for sunshine?
What else can I do?
I feel stuck in a dense mood
impotent to fly...

~ Not The Quantity, but the Quality ~
Not The Quantity, but the Quality .........
The old man turned to me and asked
"How many friends have you?"
Why 10 or 20 friends have I,
And named off just a few...
He rose quite slow with effort
And sadly shook his head
"A lucky child you are
To have so many friends," he said
But think of what you're saying
There is so much you do not know
A friend is just not someone
To whom you say "Hello".
A friends a tender shoulder On which to softly cry A well to pour your troubles down And raise your spirits high A friend is a hand to pull you up From darkness and despair... When all your other "so called" friends Have helped to put you there A true friend is an ally Who can't be moved or bought A voice to keep your name alive When others have forgot But most of all a friend is a heart A strong and sturdy wall For from the hearts of friends There comes the greatest love of all!!! So think of what I've spoken For every word is true And answer once again my child How many friends have you??? And then he stood and faced me Awaiting my reply Softly I answered "If lucky...... one have "I" "You!!!!" |

~ Life To Be Lived ~
Life - to be lived
Life is what we are
life is what we do
what we feel - what we think.
Life is what makes us cry
what makes us laugh.
Life is our mistakes
and the finding of truth.
Striving for a goal
might motivate us
life is the path
wherever it goes
Life is the stones
hurting my feed
Life is my suffering
What else can I do
than keep going
to wherever the way guides me
can I do more
than responding to what shows up?
Goals might be just wishful fantasies
losing their importance while walking
The hurting stones remind me
to pay attention to each step I take
opening myself to details beside the road
enjoying the shade under a tree
and the beauty of a greeting flower
I am becoming addicted to life.

~ Let It Be ~
Real happiness does not come
from the fulfillment of every desire.
You can chase an endless chain of wishes and desires,
and still manage to be unhappy.
So how ......
and when does happiness come?
It comes, quite simply,
when you allow it.
Though your life may be filled
with challenges and difficulties,
still you can be genuinely happy.
Whether you are close
to reaching your goals,
or far away
or already beyond them,
real happiness is always close at hand.
The world and its culture may convince you
that you need this or that
in order to find happiness.
Yet in truth,
you need nothing other than to let it be.
Instead of waiting
or longing
or searching
for a reason to be happy,
create for yourself a way to be happy.
Something as simple as a smile
can get you started,
and that's something you can do right now.
Let go of the notion that you must grasp for
or struggle
to attain happiness,
and simply let it be.
That can instantly make all the difference in the world

~ Be Strong ~
To be strong, remind yourself that you can be.
To be strong, remind yourself of why you choose to be.
To be strong, remind yourself of what your strength, focus
and discipline have already brought you.
To be strong, remind yourself that your commitment can be just
as powerful as any excuse or rationalization.
To be strong, have a well-understood purpose and a well-defined plan.
To be strong, be sincerely thankful for all that you have and for all that you are able to do.
To be strong, begin with your thoughts.
When your thoughts are of strength and of positive possibilities,
your actions will follow along.
Each day the world will send you all sorts of challenges,
difficulties, temptations and distractions.
Know that these things are surely coming your way,
and choose in advance to be strong.
As the ups and downs of life arrive, remind yourself
that you have chosen to be strong.
Then as each moment passes,
you'll naturally follow through on that choice.

~ Letting Be ~
L e t t i n g B e . . .
Is it all about letting go - or is it all about finding?
Letting go of what one is NOT - finding of that one IS?
Who is letting go of what one is not - or not anymore?
Is it letting go of oneself - the one who wants to let go?
Sit down at the cross road and leave all words behind
before you ask yourself where to go from now on.
Finding the one who doesn't need to let go or to find
might do the switch from looking and meaningful doing
walking beyond wordy questions and final answers.
Filling the space of silence with moon light's silver mist
How can you be without me? How can I be without you?
Traveled from so far away - arriving near to ourselves...

~ Between You And God ~
People are often unreasonable,
illogical, and self-centered;
forgive them anyway
If you are kind, people may accuse
you of selfish, ulterior motives;
Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win
some false friends and some true enemies;
Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank, people may
cheat you;
Be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building, someone
could destroy overnight;
Build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness,
they may be jealous;
Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, people will
often forget tomorrow;
Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have,
and it may never be enough;
Give the world the best you've got
anyway.
You see, in the final analysis,
it is between you and God;
It was never between you and them
anyway.

~ Everything Happened for a Reason~
Everything Happened for a Reason .........
There is a general saying that says, “Everything happened for a reason.” Do you believe or rather do you agree with that saying? Just as a coin has two sides, some of you will agree with that and others will not. There is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ in whether you choose to believe in it or not. I believe that ‘Everything happened for a reason.‘ Sometimes we can see the reason immediately after it happened. At times, the reason will only be seen much later and when you see the reason, it’ll be like those moments of ‘aha!’ That was why it happened.
For people who believe in a Greater Being above, they will say that they are being put through tests to prepare them for greater things ahead. For me, I see it as opportunities for growth; chances for me to surpass myself to become a better person so that I can be of better service to others around me. My aim is not to ask you to search for the reasons for everything that happened but rather to believe that you too are given unique opportunities to grow.
In so speaking, that will lead to the following statement, “Is there meaning to suffering too?” If we applied the above saying, then suffering happened for a reason too and suffering too provides opportunities for one to grow. In the book Man’s Search For Meaning by Viktor E. Frankl under ‘The Meaning of Suffering’ in page 112, he said, “We must never forget that we may also find meaning in life even when confronted with a hopeless situation, when facing a fate that cannot be changed. For what then matters is to bear witness to the uniquely human potential at its best, which is to transform a personal tragedy into a triumph, to turn one’s predicament into a human achievement. When we are no longer able to change a situation - just think of an incurable disease such as inoperable cancer - we are challenged to change ourselves.”
He went on to cite an example of one of his cases:
Once, an elderly general practitioner consulted me because of his severe depression. He could not overcome the loss of his wife who had died two years before and whom he had loved above all else. Now, how could I help? What should I tell him? Well, I refrained from telling him anything but instead confronted him with the question, “What would have happened, Doctor, if you had died first, and your wife would have had to survive you?” “Oh,” he said, “for her this would have been terrible; how she would have suffered!” Whereupon I replied, “You see. Doctor, such suffering has been spared her, and it was you who have spared her this suffering - to be sure, at the price that now you have to survive and mourn her.” … In some way, suffering ceases to be suffering at the moment it finds a meaning, such as the meaning of sacrifice.”
On a seperate account he shared:
“…when a rabbi from Eastern Europe turned to me and told me his story. He had lost his wife and their six children in the concentration camp of Auschwitz where they were gassed, and now it turned out that his second wife was sterile … the rabbi evaluated his plight as an orthodox Jew in terms of despair that there was no son of his own who would ever say Kaddish (a prayer for death) for him after his death.
I made a last attempt to help him by inquiring whether he did not hope to see his children again in Heaven. However, my question was followed by an outburst of tears, and now the true reason for his despair came to the fore: he explained that his children, since they died as innocent martyrs, were thus found worthy of the highest place in Heaven, but as for himself he could not expect, as an old sinful man, to be assigned the same place. I did not give up but retorted, “Is it not conceivable, Rabbi, that precisely this was the meaning of your surviving your children: that you may be purified through these years of suffering, so that finally you, too, though not innocent like your children, may become worthy of joining them in Heaven?”
Although this is Viktor E. Frankl’s ways or methods in helping his patients find meanings in what they are going through, I do see the underlying opportunities for his patients to grow through their incidences. One does not always have to search for the reasons or meanings for what happened, but to always believe that ‘Everything happened for a reason‘ and always attached with an unique opportunity to grow.
What do you think? Do you believe that ‘Everything happened for a reason’ too? Or do you have your own way to put it? Do feel free to share it with us in the comment.

~ Forgiveness ~
Forgiveness .........
According to dictionary.com, forgiveness means the act of forgiving and to forgive means to grant pardon for, to grant pardon to (a person) or to cease to feel resentment against.
“To forgive is the highest, most beautiful form of love. In return, you will receive untold peace and happiness.” — Robert Muller.
“The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong.” — Mahatma Gandhi
Gandhi said it well when he said that forgiveness is the attribute of the strong. For most people, to forgive is a difficult thing to do. In fact to forgive, it takes a whole lot of courage to do it. However, why do we find it so hard to forgive someone? Is is because of the need to let the person knows that we are angry with him/her? Or is it because if we forgive that person, it means that the person wins? In the article, it mentioned, “you can forgive and not condone.” This couldn’t be more true. Forgiving someone does not necessary mean that we approve or agree with what that person did.
Most people think that to forgive is all about the other person. The fact is when you forgive someone, you free yourself from anger; anger is a very strong negative feeling and it blocks you from loving.
“He who is devoid of the power to forgive is devoid of the power to love.” Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
“We cannot love unless we have accepted forgiveness, and the deeper our experience of forgiveness is, the greater is our love.” — Paul Tillich
Being angry allowed the person or situation to take over control of you. By forgiving, you are not only freeing yourself but also taking control of the situation and yourself. Being in control will give you the power to choose your reaction. Thus do yourself a favor today and remember that forgiving another person does not set him/her free but it sets you free instead. There is another
point which I agree with the article, that forgiveness is a gift you give to yourself instead of something you give to another person. It is the best gift you can give to yourself and you can benefit greatly from it too.
Something from the article, “Learning to forgive those who have attacked me has been a powerful tool in my life. When I harbor anger and resentment toward another person it only hurts me and I am the one who suffers.” What do you think?

~ Relationships ~
“when you are in love with a person, you will love the person as a whole.
You can’t just choose what you love about a person and then write off those parts that you don’t like.”
Relationship doesn’t happen this way. Very often when we love someone, we have to accept the ‘package’ that comes with the person, be it good or bad.

~ What is this? ~
What is this? ............
A tribute to parents. Beautiful story with a gentle reminder. Remember the time when we would ask our parents the same question again and again? Remember how our parents had given unconditionally and patiently to us.
An 80 year old man was sitting on the sofa in his house along with his 45 years old highly educated son.
Suddenly a crow perched on their window.
The Father asked his Son, “What is this?”
The Son replied “It is a crow”.
After a few minutes, the Father asked his Son the 2nd time, “What is this?”
The Son said “Father, I have just told you “It’s a crow”.
After a little while, the old Father again asked his Son the 3rd time, “What is this?”
At this time some expression of irritation was felt in the Son’s tone when he said to his Father with a rebuff. “It’s a crow, a crow”
A little after, the Father again asked his Son the 4th time, “What is this?”
This time the Son shouted at his Father, “Why do you keep asking me the same question again and again, although I have told you so many times ‘IT IS A CROW’. Are you not able to understand this?”
A little later the Father went to his room and came back with an old tattered diary, which he had maintained since his Son was born. On opening a page, he asked his Son to read that page. When the son read it, the following words were written in the diary:
“Today my little son aged three was sitting with me on the sofa, when a crow was sitting on the window My Son asked me 23 times what it was, and I replied to him all 23 times that it was a Crow. I hugged him lovingly each time he asked me the same question again and again for 23 times. I did not at all feel irritated I rather felt affection for my innocent child”.
While the little child asked him 23 times “What is this”, the Father had felt no irritation in replying to the same question all 23 times and when today the Father asked his Son the same question just 4 times, the Son felt irritated and annoyed.
Lesson to learn from This Story:
If your parents attain old age, do not repulse them or look at them as a burden, but speak to them a gracious word, be cool, obedient, humble and kind to them. Be considerate to your parents.
From today say this aloud,
“I want to see my parents Happy forever. They have cared for me ever since I was a little child. They have always showered their selfless love on me.
They crossed all mountains and valleys without seeing the storm and heat to make me a person presentable in the society today”.

~ The Whispering ~
The Whispering Wind ........
The whispering wind hides her secrets amongst the fields and trees.
Silent omens cry out from the earth below, crying for those yet free.
Dark days lie ahead for those who fail to believe; shadows weep sore in day.
Visions yet seen, fill the hearts and the minds of old men on their way.
Roads crumble as is glass beneath mans feet; cities opulent fall away in decay.
Dangerous are the times ahead, yet the masses that remain fail to truly see.
There lies wickedness in the land which is born of corruption and the sin of man.
Count now the days; follow the signs, and listen, and oh listen to the whispering wind.
Her words are subtle, soft, yet easy for the discerning heart to see the coming end.
Tis this sadness which fills this simpletons heart, a sadness for those who refuse to believe.
Therefore be still; listen to the whisper on the wind; lift your eyes to heaven and receive.

~ Women Are Like a Shadow ~
Women Are Like a Shadow .......
If you fall in love with a woman
And she refuses you to marry her
You can't win her heart and mind
You better waste not time on her
When she is in love with you
And you refuse her to marry you
You can't go away with it
She will always chase you
She has a wish find you
Run like a horse
Crawl like a tortoise
Or hide behind yourself
Women are like a shadow
You can't escape them.
Better be careful man
Before you say I love you

~ Allahu Akbar ~
Allahu Akbar .....
The further you walk away from God
The more you go astray in the dark
You will no doubt fall in devil's trap
And sink in the depths of cheerlessness
Or float in the air like bird's feather
Be a true moslem not for worldly gains
But solely for the love of the creator
Say not Allahu Akbar behind the veil
Only to spread hatred and Malevolence
Or to suck the blood of the innocent
Say it with all honesty and confidence
To supply peace, love and eternal harmony

~ Did You Know That ~
Did you know that ........
Did you know you were with me today?
We played tennis.
We walked on the beach.
We splashed like lovers in the waves.
Did you know you were with me last night?
We watched a movie.
We never wanted to leave each other’s sight.
I ran twenty miles this morning;
you kept up stride for stride.
We sat in the sand afterwards,
And wished upon the beautiful sunrise.
You were at the office with me tonight, talking on the phone.
You held my hand later through the dark,
So that I wouldn’t feel so all-alone.
I took a trip to the mountains, in search of inner peace.
I found you there, occupying my every thought,
My every sense,
My every dream.
I searched the stars and in every constellation, I saw you.
I sailed away and again you were there,
My true north, guiding me,
On my life’s lonely ocean so blue.
Did I hear your voice today, floating on the wind?
The feeling that came over me,
Was as if I had a friend.
You are with me everywhere I go and in everything I do.
In my writing now, it’s your hand that guides mine,
Making all my feelings of love come true .
Do you know your presence is a treasure to me,
one that I will always keep?
With me today, and forever,
your love will always be,
Locked in my heart so deep!

~ You Are ~
You are .........
The rainbows in my skies,
The happiness in my dreams,
The silver lining to my clouds above.
My every thought throughout each day,
The perfect match for my seeking soul,
The one who has filled my heart with Love.
You Have
A smile that makes me smile back,
A touch that makes me want you more,
A passion for life that is one with me,
A creative side that inspires my dreams,
All the love inside my once guarded heart.
With you
I am a much better woman,
I’m a mountain, an ocean, a giant,
I can conquer my deepest of fears.
I am an inspired woman
I’m a queen, a seeker of life, a fool in love
A wonderer, an addict for your cheers.
You Are
My true north as I sail life’s seas
My hope that heaven is how you make me feel
My belief that the world is a wonderful place.
The answer to my midnight wish
The color in my bright eyes
The joy that others see in my face.

~ Why ? ~
Why?.........
I get up and out of bed,
Try to forget all those things we said.
It's now over for good,
I promised myself to leave it right there here I stood.
People always tell me things will get better,
But I find myself writing you half a letter.
How did we fall so far apart,
You left me not knowing where to start.
I am here now trying to find out how to survive,
And struggling to just keep myself alive.
I remember when you were a hero in my eyes,
You were always there to give me a suprise.
But those are just long lost memories of mine,
Maybe this is our life design.
I spent so many days cold and lonely,
I believed that you were my one and only.
There are some things in my head I'll take to my grave,
But it won't be all that love that I gave.
You made me so emotionless,
And you gave me all this stupid stress.
I try to believe in things I can't see,
But is there even hope for me!
My back is up against a wall,
And it's hard for me to keep standing tall.
Life just isn't worth it anymore,
You left me standing at the door.
You said it's time to say goodbye,
And I just wondered... why?

~ Dream of You ~
Dream Of You .........
Just a dream...
The one that I keep.
Only.
Close to me...
I have such love.
I had such trust.
You were the one.
Life goes on...
Reality
Comes crashing.
Maddening
And dashing.
Still, it seems
That we were always meant to be.
I couldn't compete.
I am laughing.
The dream
Is bigger than just you and me.
It is one.
I am done.
I always clung
To you.
I fought and I am through.
It is no use.
We both had lessons to learn.
Brilliant bridges to burn.
A dream is better left...
Dreamed and never forget.
My heart knows finally
That reality
Will never be.
The dream.
In destiny,
The beauty
Is left living
Eternally.
In a never ending
Dream.
Too lovely for
This world to hold.
A perfect kiss that was
Never such.
Us.
My love.
I do...
Dream of you.

~ Fragile ~
Fragile ............
It is
all of these
tiny little
things...
broken,
quite like
butterfly wings,
our lives,
so fragile
and so very giving.
Living,
moving
and breathing,
puffing
spider web delicacy.
The gleaming shreds
always remain
for us to start over,
once again.

~ The Unconditional Love of a Dog ~
The Unconditional Love of a Dog ..........
There are a lot of things that dogs usually do for us as people and that is why dogs are usually referred to as man's best friend. Why is this so? Maybe it is because of the unconditional love that they are able to show
us as people. Dogs serve us sometimes without asking or waiting not seeking any benefits for themselves. When you have just arrived home from work, they are ready and patiently waiting for you at the door so they can greet you right away. Your dog might wait for you to bend down so he can lick your face to give you his kisses or your dog might even jump up to you to show how much he missed you.
Dogs not only provide us with their unconditional love but at times they can act as our own protectors. Your dog might guard your house when you are asleep or away. If we are asleep, they might bark at the slightest noise that they hear and wait close by the door to make sure nobody enters that is not supposed to.
Dogs also show unconditional love when we get upset with them. They might put their head down and realize what they did was wrong. They might then come up to you and lick your face or give you their paw to show you that they are extremely sorry for what they have done. Maybe your dog is lying in your favorite chair or sitting area that you would like to sit in. You ask him or her to move and your dog obediently does what you want them to. They move to another resting area without any complaint whatsoever.
We might call their name and our dog comes running up to us, wagging his or her tail wildly. They are showing us how much they care and how happy they are that you are giving them some kind of attention.
Sometimes we might just dismiss or take for granted the unconditional love that our dog shows us constantly. We should always be aware of it and show how much we do appreciate it because one day our dog might not be there waiting for us at the door because God has decided to take him or her. You do not want to have any regrets so take the time out to show your dog the unconditional love that he or she has shown you.
There was a story of a faithful dog to his master .....
In 1934, a bronze statue of a dog called Hachiko was erected at the Shibuya Train station in Tokyo, Japan. The story of this dog is mentioned below.
Hachiko was born in 1923 and was owned by Eisaburo Ueno, a professor in the agriculture department at the University of Tokyo. The professor used to take a train from the Shibuya Station every day to go to the university. Each day Hachiko accompanied the professor to the train station when he left for work. Upon returning, the professor would find the dog patiently waiting for his master and wagging its tail. This happy routine continued until one fateful day in 1925, when the professor was taken ill on the job and unfortunately died before he could return home. As usual, the dog waited at the train station that day for his master to return back. However, seeing that he wasn't coming back, Hachiko waited till night fell and retuned back home. The next day Hachiko went back to the train station again, waiting for his master to come back. He patiently waited till sunset and then retuned back home. The dog was so devoted to the professor that he continued to visit the train station everyday for the next 10 years! The people who passed the loyal dog each day were so touched by his story that they erected a statue in his honor in 1934.
In 1935, Hachiko died at the very same spot where he used to wait for his master.

~ Unconditional Love 1 ~
Unconditional Love .....
We all go through the lessons our life presents us. Because of these lessons we learn to accept and love unconditionally others and ourselves. I believe the final goal of our life is to learn to love unconditionally.
It's easy and hard at the same time.
People often ask me "what is unconditional love?" Before I answer this question it is important to find out what conditional love is. Conditional love is love that we experience if certain conditions are met. Such as "if you behave yourself I will love you" type conditions. "If you do what I want you to do then I will love you" - this is another example of a conditional love. "If you don't cheat on me I will love you", "if you give me money I will love you" etc. In other words we love conditionally only when others meet the conditions we impose on them, when we love others for something they do to us.
Here is a couple of questions:
Can you accept anyone as he/she is?
Do you want others to accept you as you are?
Look at yourself closer. Listen to yourself. Listen what are the conditions are you making in your mind. Many of those conditions reside on a subconscious level. But you can see them as a reflection in your current situations, in those problems that you meet every day. They are the message to ourselves. We so dislike some things in ourselves. And exactly the same things we dislike in others and cannot accept them even in close friends and relatives. Every single one of us needs love. Our friends and relatives need our love too.
Unconditional love emerges when we love and accept ourselves, when we love and accept other people, as they are not as what we want them to be. Don't force onto them what would you like them to be, say, wear and do. It
only shows you what you would like to have in yourself. So if you want become such a person don't force someone else other than you. Others have their own tasks to perform and lessons to learn in this world. They did not come into this world to accomplish your tasks and learn your lessons. They came here to live their own life not yours, which in your opinion may not worked out as you wanted to. Don't even try to change the world without changing yourself. Don't try to change you neighbor. It is the way for violence in this world. This can turn your world into hell. Change yourself first. We are changing the world by changing ourselves. If we change then our circumstances also change. The whole life will change. The change will not come overnight but it will come if you have patience. Our outer world is a reflection of our inner state.
Unconditional love is something that any woman feels once she has a baby and holds him for the very first time. Have you seen such a moment? She is glowing in love. That's why people say love is light. A mother loves her baby unconditionally. Baby doesn't allow her to get enough sleep, sometimes he can hurt her, he takes up all her time but she loves him. Loves unconditionally. After a few months conditional love starts to creep up. It gradually substitutes unconditional love. A mother says: "If he slips and doesn't cry I love him, if he gives me time for my own business I love him." Otherwise she gets upset and angry with her baby and this anger and resentment will charge a little baby emotionally so he will attract those emotions in the future. That's the way our mind works.

~ Discovering True Self Love ~
How to Learn to Really Love Yourself .........
Do you love yourself? Can you honestly say that you love everything about yourself without exception? How about your body? When you look in the mirror do you see a beautiful reflection or a marred one? Go ahead, find a full length mirror and stand naked in front of it.
Does the very thought of seeing your own naked body give rise to negative emotions? Or do you feel rather sensuous, even beautiful? What feelings are evoked when you gaze at your body from head to toe? Look into your eyes, what do you see? Joy? Happiness? Maybe sadness, or even fear? What about your hair? Is it shiny and lustrous? Have a good look at your smile, or lack thereof. Does your mouth smile with ease, or is there an effort involved? Now slowly scan the rest of your body from the neck on down. Absorb everything you see, and notice the varied feelings as you truly experience all your various body parts. Be sure to view your body from as many angles as possible. Take as much time as you need. The important thing is that you notice your emotions as your eyes rest upon the different parts of your body.
Truly feel the emotions as they arise within you. Maybe you will feel somewhat sad as you look deep into your own eyes, or you may even sense the real wonder that is you. When you are finished perhaps you might start a personal body journal. Just write down your your feelings for each different body part. Perhaps your hair made you feel beautiful and happy. Write it down. Maybe you felt anger or even disgust at another part of your body. Write that down as well. When you are finished with your body journal you will have a unique collage of your feelings about your own body.
By now I am sure you are wondering what is the point of this exercise? Well, what better place to begin exploring self-love than with our bodies? From a very young age we are conditioned to identify with our bodies, as if our outer shell is really who we are.
We also tend to judge others by what their bodies look like. For instance, how often do we see someone who is obese and immediately make an unfavorable judgment about them? Or how many times have you seen someone you thought was beautiful, and made a favorable judgment about them based solely on their physical appearance? If we are so easily able to pass judgment on others due to their outward appearance, how much more so will we tend to judge our own bodies as well?
One of my favorite authors is a sweet lady named Louise Hay. She once wrote something to the effect that once a person truly begins to love themselves, everything in their life starts to work.
So did you finish the mirror exercise? Did your emotions run the full gamut from joy, sadness, and perhaps even some shame? Or was it all joy? If so, congratulations. You know true self-love and your cup runneth over. If you felt anything other than joy and self-love for your body, please do yourself a favor and go discover Louise Hayes book, 'You Can Heal Your Life.' You can find it here: http://www.louisehay.com/ There is even a new movie out now by the same name and you can discover more about it here: http://www.youcanhealyourlifemovie.com/
I wish you love and joy on your journey to self-love. When you truly love yourself, everything in your life begins to work... Thanks Louise.

~ Be Alone and Enjoy Your Self-Power ~
Be Alone and Enjoy Your Self-Power .........
No one in the world to-day wants to be alone. We have rigidly conditioned our mind to live in crowd and commotion. To-day, time is money and we try hard to keep "doing" constantly, without stopping and pausing for a
moment. We consider that "doing" is more important than "being". We go absolutely crazy and feel restless when we are left alone, doing nothing for sometime.
The greatest fear in to-day's busy world is to be left alone. People are trying hard just not to be left alone. Without the other, we feel losing our identity. People, at large, always want to rush towards other. When there is nobody, we are simply left with our own emptiness. We try to see our faces in the mirror of others. We feel greatly embarrassed and disturbed where we are alone because we don't know who we are without the other. With the other, we feel comfortable in clearly defining ourselves in terms of name, form, designation, religion, caste, nationality and many other labels and identities.
In fact, these labeled identities are our personal masks that we put on to remain visible in a crowd, an organization or a network. We follow the herd to retain our visibility and labeled identity in the midst of a crowd. We imitate other members of the social system we live in, so that we are just like them. We lose our unique and individual identity; we follow the lives of other and learn the lesions that others set for us, because otherwise, we will be left alone. We think and act with reference to others outside our own selves. This is fear based, illusive and superficial.
We are always influenced by the objects, people, situations, and things outside the Self. In every step we move, we seek approval and support of others. In this way, we follow a false and illusive mirage of our masked identity and satisfy our ego only. A person's ego always drives him to the sphere of illusion and ignorance, putting a curtain over our true Self.
Your true Self is your indefinable, ineffable, reality, the pure potential- free from influences of all outside objects, situations and phenomena. Your true Self is the inseparable unit of the cosmic whole-the source of
infinite possibilities. Your true Self is not identified with any organization, group, religion, nation or society, you don't belong to any theology or ideology-Hindu, Christian or Muslim-you don't belong, your simply are "Yourself". More you experience your essential nature and know who you really are, the closer you are to the unified divine whole-the domain of Almighty God.
To experience your own Self, you need to be alone. To be alone simply means remaining in your indefinable positive emptiness, experiencing the presence of your own Self. Aloneness is experiencing the all pervading divinity within your true Self-the transcendental pure Being. The very essence of your true Self is bliss consciousness. You are so fulfilled with divine bliss and power; you can fill the whole universe with your subtle presence-the pure bliss consciousness. Suddenly, your ego studded identity melts away, leaving your all pervading emptiness.
Living alone with your enlightened presence does not mean that you don't live with others. You start living with others around with unbounded and infinite Self-Power. Self-Power is the source of positive energy that can transform others around you to love your inseparable divine presence. Every thought that emanates from your mind and every action you perform have the immense potential to fill the surrounding environment with divine grace and bliss. It is the true spiritual awakening and enlightenment of the individual life. You become the source of positive transformation of the people around you, with full support of divinity.
To experience your Self-Power, you need to practice how to stay alone, doing nothing in the midst of perfect stillness of the mind. That's what meditation is all about-just remaining in the field of pure silence and pure awareness, connecting your finite Self with infinite fill of divine intelligence and creativity.
