Be Alone and Enjoy Your Self-Power .........
No one in the world to-day wants to be alone. We have rigidly conditioned our mind to live in crowd and commotion. To-day, time is money and we try hard to keep "doing" constantly, without stopping and pausing for a
moment. We consider that "doing" is more important than "being". We go absolutely crazy and feel restless when we are left alone, doing nothing for sometime.
The greatest fear in to-day's busy world is to be left alone. People are trying hard just not to be left alone. Without the other, we feel losing our identity. People, at large, always want to rush towards other. When there is nobody, we are simply left with our own emptiness. We try to see our faces in the mirror of others. We feel greatly embarrassed and disturbed where we are alone because we don't know who we are without the other. With the other, we feel comfortable in clearly defining ourselves in terms of name, form, designation, religion, caste, nationality and many other labels and identities.
In fact, these labeled identities are our personal masks that we put on to remain visible in a crowd, an organization or a network. We follow the herd to retain our visibility and labeled identity in the midst of a crowd. We imitate other members of the social system we live in, so that we are just like them. We lose our unique and individual identity; we follow the lives of other and learn the lesions that others set for us, because otherwise, we will be left alone. We think and act with reference to others outside our own selves. This is fear based, illusive and superficial.
We are always influenced by the objects, people, situations, and things outside the Self. In every step we move, we seek approval and support of others. In this way, we follow a false and illusive mirage of our masked identity and satisfy our ego only. A person's ego always drives him to the sphere of illusion and ignorance, putting a curtain over our true Self.
Your true Self is your indefinable, ineffable, reality, the pure potential- free from influences of all outside objects, situations and phenomena. Your true Self is the inseparable unit of the cosmic whole-the source of
infinite possibilities. Your true Self is not identified with any organization, group, religion, nation or society, you don't belong to any theology or ideology-Hindu, Christian or Muslim-you don't belong, your simply are "Yourself". More you experience your essential nature and know who you really are, the closer you are to the unified divine whole-the domain of Almighty God.
To experience your own Self, you need to be alone. To be alone simply means remaining in your indefinable positive emptiness, experiencing the presence of your own Self. Aloneness is experiencing the all pervading divinity within your true Self-the transcendental pure Being. The very essence of your true Self is bliss consciousness. You are so fulfilled with divine bliss and power; you can fill the whole universe with your subtle presence-the pure bliss consciousness. Suddenly, your ego studded identity melts away, leaving your all pervading emptiness.
Living alone with your enlightened presence does not mean that you don't live with others. You start living with others around with unbounded and infinite Self-Power. Self-Power is the source of positive energy that can transform others around you to love your inseparable divine presence. Every thought that emanates from your mind and every action you perform have the immense potential to fill the surrounding environment with divine grace and bliss. It is the true spiritual awakening and enlightenment of the individual life. You become the source of positive transformation of the people around you, with full support of divinity.
To experience your Self-Power, you need to practice how to stay alone, doing nothing in the midst of perfect stillness of the mind. That's what meditation is all about-just remaining in the field of pure silence and pure awareness, connecting your finite Self with infinite fill of divine intelligence and creativity.
