Body Language ..........
Body Language is a type of communication where your body speaks to others rather than verbal words. Moving your arms in a certain way or rolling your eyes or any facial expression suggests that you are showing a certain kind of body language. Body languages can in fact tell a observer what you are thinking at that particular time. Language of Body is like a mirror to your personality.
Improve Your Body Language ;
In case you are bored, you eyes will be not focused or your head may be tilted to sideways. At times you yawn due to boredom. There are times when you cross your arms, it may mean that you are putting up a barrier with other people nearby. At times when you are confused, you scratch your head. When you disbelief something, you either scratch your ears or chin.
You may develop a certain kind of body language unconsciously. In fact, you are not aware that you are showing a certain kind of behavior. Your body language says a lot about your personality. So you need to consciously improve your body language. In the beginning you must keep track how you walk, stand, sit and move your hand.
Chasing Dreams :
Do not sit with you legs and arms crossed. It gives the impression that you defensive. Have eye contact with others but make sure you do not stare or ogle. The person on the other side may feel something is wrong with you. Do not slump but sit straight. Do not be too alert, it may seem that you are tensed.
Do not touch your face too often as it may disturb or make the other person uneasy. Try and smile often but that does not mean you keep on smiling. Too much smiling will mean that you are not taking the other person seriously. Relax your shoulders and be calm. Do not tap your fingers on the table, it shows that you are nervous.
Always keep your head up and do not avoid eye contact when you are speaking to someone. Do not look down. Use your hands more confidently when you are discussing an issue but do not overdo it.
Be relaxed, confident and positive. Have a clear mind.
